Discuss your exercise plans with your primary physician, and get clearance from him/her.  Your doctor wil
l advise you of any restrictions, or recommendations to your fitness program. 

Once your doctor gives you the go-ahead, schedule your free, one hour, in-home consultation.  Fill out a short application, and you're ready to get started.

A LETTER TO MY VISITORS

Certified Senior Exercise Trainer

My fitness career began in 1996.  Several years ago, I created SeniorFit to help people like you, improve your health, get stronger, become flexible, take less medication, and stay out of the hospital. I hope you like visiting, and that you'll decide to become one of my clients.

My interest in aging started when I was a child.   Most of my aging relatives always complained about aches and pains.  I couldn't understand why they had so many problems.  I decided then, and there, that I would never get sick, and old.

After college I took a job in a publishing company.  Most of my co-workers were chronically ill.  The topic of conversation around the coffee stand, was about how
sick they were feeling.  Doris, hadn't been to visit the dentist in 30 years.  Not that she couldn't afford it, she just didn't like dentists.  Nat had ulcers, Betty wore a colostomy, John had heart disease, Virginia was a heavy smoker, and had lost most of her hair.  Mildred had diverticulitis.  Most of them were overweight, or obese, and none of them exercised. 

At that time I was an avid back packer.  This is me in Wyoming.  The pack was very heavy, but I'm still smiling.  Exercise has been an integral part of my life since childhood.  It should be a part of your life as well.  It's never too late to start.  My clients have ranged in age from 55 to 92.  As long as you have your doctor's ok, you're good to go.
